Whether your decor or mine, I'm happy to set up and decorate your ceremony and reception. I do offer take-down services as well.

Approximately three months before your wedding, we'll step in to help bring everything together.
We'll review every vendor, every timeline, every rental, every responsibility, and every important detail to ensure nothing has been overlooked.
We'll communicate directly with your vendors, confirm everyone's responsibilities, identify any gaps in the plan, answer questions, and make recommendations based on over 15 years of wedding experience.
Finally, we'll create a detailed wedding day timeline that clearly outlines every part of your day. This timeline can be shared with your vendors, wedding party, family members, and anyone helping behind the scenes so everyone knows exactly where they need to be and when.
When we're finished, you'll head into your wedding knowing everything has been organized and every loose end has been tied up.

Rehearsal Coordination
We'll attend your ceremony rehearsal to guide everyone through the process, answer questions, coordinate the ceremony flow, and help ensure everyone feels confident before the wedding day.
